What is the CK Mobile App?

The CK Mobile App is an exclusive offering to save money on your favorite items at your CK Market. In addition to providing you with customized offers, you can access your CK Account information to load funds to your CK account, view transaction history, reset your password, and contact CK. Plus you can use your phone to pay at the CK Kiosk.

How do I log in?

Logging in to the CK Mobile App is the same as when you log into your CK Account online. Just enter your username (email) and password, and you will have full access to your CK Card and account.

What if I don't remember my password?

If you don't remember your password, you can reset your password directly from the app. On the login screen, click "Reset Password" and you will be emailed a link to reset your password. You can also go to http://payment.companykitchen.com and request a new password. That will be emailed to the email address we have on file.  *You must have a valid email on file to use this feature. 

What if I don't have an account, or can't remember my email address?

If you have never logged into your CK Account or do not have a username, you will need to need to create a new account. Just click "Create Account" on the login screen, and enter the required fields. You will need to select a username and password and enter your contact information, including a valid email address.

How can I change my password?

You can update your password on the login screen by selecting "Reset Password." If you are already logged in and want to reset your password, click on the "Account" tab and there is a "Reset Password" option on the top of the screen. You will be emailed a link to reset your password. 

I have a balance on my current CK Card but I don't have an online account. Can I still use the CK App?

If you currently have a CK Card with a balance on it, but do not know your login or account information, you can easily transfer your existing account information to a newly-created CK account on the CK Mobile App. You will need to create a new account first. Click "Create Account on the login screen and enter all the required fields. You will need to select a username and password and provide a valid email address. 

Once your new account is created you merge it with your existing card and balance. To do so, select "Card" from the main menu. (You will notice there is a CK Card on the screen with a new account number). On the top, there is the option to "Scan CK Card." Click "Scan CK Card" and then scan your existing card. Once your old card is scanned, your card number and existing balance will be transferred to your new account. You will still be able to use your card to make purchases, or you can use your phone. Once your accounts are merged, you can not undo the transaction. If your fingerprint was registered on the kiosk, you will need to re-register it.

My Company loads funds into my account each day. Can I still use the app?

Yes, you CAN still use the app. You will need to log in with your existing username (email) and password. If you create a new account through the CK App, that account will not be eligible to receive the daily funds from your employer. Please contact CK Customer Support and they can reset your email and password so you can use the app with your existing account. Even if you merge accounts, you will not receive the benefits from your employer.

My Company offers Payroll Deduct. Can I use the app?

Yes, but just like Company Cash accounts (above), you will need to log in with your existing username (email) and password. If you create a new account through the CK App, that account will not be eligible for payroll deduct. Please contact CK Customer Support and they can reset your email and password so you can use the app with your existing account. Your payroll deduct will NOT work if you merge accounts.

How do I save money with the CK App?

The CK Mobile App delivers unique deals that are only available to users of the app. In order to qualify for a deal, you must have downloaded the CK App and signed in with your CK Account or created a new CK Account. As long as you pay with the registered account, you will automatically qualify for any deals. All the deals available to you are shown under the "Promos" tab on the main screen.

Do I need to use my phone to pay at the CK Kiosk to get the deal?

No. You can still pay with your CK Card or fingerprint. All deals are loaded to your account. As long as you pay with your CK Account that is registered with the CK App (and not a credit card), you will receive all eligible offers.

How do I redeem a deal?

Just purchase products as you normally would with your CK Account (CK Card, fingerprint, or phone). As long as you are registered with the CK App, you are eligible for it. CK will add deals regularly (and sometimes Flash Deals for an afternoon only), so be sure to check your app regularly for deals. If you do not see them on your phone, you will not know what you can save!

Will I know when I qualify for a deal?

We have several types of offers we run through the CK Mobile app. Some deals require you to purchase a certain dollar amount. Others require you to make a certain number of purchases. On your Offers screen, you can see how close you are to reaching a deal. Once you qualify, you will receive a notification via the app that you have reached the deal, and that savings will automatically be applied on your next purchase of the qualifying item.

Once you redeem your deal, you will receive a notice telling you a credit has been applied to your CK Account.

How do I get the discounts? What about the free items?

Company Kitchen works with our suppliers and manufactures to offer a variety of discounts on a number of products. All of our promotions and discounts are handled as a refund credited back to your account after you purchase it. For example, if a deal is 25% off a bottle of water (at $1.00), you would be charged the full $1.00 plus tax. Within 5-15 minutes, your account would be credited the $0.25 and you will be sent a notification that you have received a credit.

I qualified for a discount or a free item. Why do I need money in my account to make the purchase?

You need to have enough money in your account to make the purchase to redeem any offers you receive. Within 5-15 minutes following your qualified purchase, your account will be refunded the amount listed in the deal. All rebates and deals do not include tax.

How do I add funds to my CK Account?

You can add funds to your account by clicking on "Card" in the app menu, and then "Reload." You will need to select how much you wish to add to your card, and then enter your credit card information via our secure server.

You can also load your CK Account through the CK Kiosk (with cash or credit card) or via our website. 

Can I pay with cash at the kiosk?

No. You can use cash at the kiosk to load value onto your account, but you must use a CK Card or your phone to receive any deals. Otherwise you can pay with a credit/debit card  at the kiosk, but that will not qualify you for any offers.
